Customers have the right to submit a complaint in writing to: Kruc d.o.o., Marka Marulića 14, 23250 Pag, Croatia, or by email to: info@plazahotel.hr. All received complaints will be reviewed and a response provided within 15 days of receipt. If the customer is not satisfied with the response, they may contact the competent authority for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution.
